BANANA BALL

The annual NLLL Banana Ball Showcase is a fun, high-energy twist on baseball inspired by Banana Ball.  

There will be 2 divisions.  Division 1 will be all league age 11 year-olds and younger.  Division 2 will be all Leageu age 12 year-olds and older.  

There will be 2 teams of 12 in each division.  Teams will be formed by age and registration numbers, with balanced rosters and board-assigned team captains.

Players will take the lead in managing and coaching their teams, while adult volunteers will remain in the dugout and serve as pitchers.

Each player will receive an event shirt or jersey.

Games will be seven innings or two hours. Adult volunteer pitchers will pitch, and balls and strikes will still be called, though arguing with an umpire may result in an automatic water dousing. 

The games will be played at our Northern Lights Fields on August 8th.  Times TBD.
